Since each item is custom made there will be no refunds with the exception of lost packages, or an item arriving damaged. However, I want you to be happy with the item you are purchasing and will work with you to create something you know you are going to love. 

Almost all of my pieces are created on a made to order basis and there are many variables that affect the outcome of handmade work. I work very hard to produce quality work that will last. If the piece you order does not appear to be what you had in mind, I would like to fix any and all problems you might have (within reason)--but all issues must be presented within 30 days of receiving your item. If the issue is not resolved within 30 days due to lack of communication with you, the buyer, I will not be able to accept the return.
